Boondi Raita
(
Yoghurt at it's best! )

Ingredients :

Method :

  1. Soak the boondi in water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze lightly and set aside.
  3. Beat the yoghurt smooth with fork, add the salt, pepper and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Fold(put in and mix well) the moist boondi in yoghurt.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped mint or coriander leaves.
  7. Serve chilled.
